It's SOOOOOO rare that I do traditional cardio, aka boring cardio. It's also even more rare that I do isolated core exercises, as so many of the moves I do focus on the core too. But I thought I'd switch things up and combine the two for a quick circuit workout. Because sometimes we gotta do things things we don't like to do anyways!
