Breaking the Fast - All About Intermittent Fasting [Video]

Being in the fitness industry for 13 years now I've seen a LOT of trends, diets, and fads come and go and I've tried my fair share too. I've used knowledge gained from my education, personal experiments, and work with clients over the years to fine tune my nutrition coaching skills and provide my clients with sound advice to help them meet their body transformation goals. So when I heard about intermittent fasting a few years ago, I dove right into the research and experiments on myself.

When I tried daily intermittent fasting, the Lean Gains method, I noticed some pretty profound changes in my body. I lost weight and almost 4% body fat, my energy was great, my performance in the gym improved, and I found that I was able to sustain it long-term. Which is really the KEY contributor to success, whether it be with IF or regular dieting methods. I found it so much easier to do than expected and waaay easier than low-calorie traditional dieting, without deprivation, and without that dreaded starvation feeling (weird right, because you're fasting?!).

I loved doing it so much I knew that this was the pattern of eating I would continue, albeit in a more relaxed manner, for the long haul. And I knew it was something that I could recommend to my coaching clients, and guide them through it. And now I want to share the ins and outs with YOU, so that you know what it's all about and you can decide if you want to try it out. Here's a replay of the recent LIVE discussion I had on Instagram/Facebook:

Medical Disclaimer:

I strongly recommend that you are in good health before attempting to try any fasting method described. Intermittent fasting should not be done if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, have a history of eating disorders, have been very stressed/burnt out lately, or if you have a known medical condition. Always a consult a doctor or naturopath if you intend to do so and have any of the aforementioned concerns. The info in the video is for information purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

I'm so passionate about this method of eating that it has become the basis for my upcoming projects: my Fit & Fed ebook and the LIVE Fit Femme Boot Camp program. If you are interested in learning more OR you want to know when these programs go LIVE, head over to my main page and sign up with your email for my newsletter, and you'll be the first to know!

PLUS You'll get awesome content every week in the form of workout videos, healthy recipes that you can incorporate into an intermittent fasting lifestyle, and giveaways that I just won't share anywhere else! HEAD OVER TO THE MAIN PAGE AFTER YOU'VE WATCHED THE VIDEO!
