As my second pregnancy gets closer to the big day, workouts have definitely been more challenging, I've had to modify a lot, and my stamina just isn't what it was when I first taped this workout earlier this year.
But ya know what? There are ALWAYS ways to modify based on where you're at, no matter your fitness level or stage.
